Cucumber Mint Cooler 

Ingredients: 

1 large cucumber 

A handful of fresh mint leaves 

2 tablespoons of honey or simple syrup 

Juice of 2 limes 

Sparkling water 

Ice cubes 

Instructions: 

Peel and blend the cucumber until smooth. 

Strain the cucumber juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. 

Muddle the mint leaves with honey and lime juice in the pitcher. 

Add the cucumber juice and stir well. 

Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over. 

Top with sparkling water and stir gently. 

Garnish with cucumber slices and mint sprigs.

Strawberry Basil Smash 

Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered 

A handful of fresh basil leaves 

Juice of 1 lemon 

2 tablespoons of agave syrup or simple syrup 

Sparkling water 

Ice cubes 

Instructions: 

In a pitcher, muddle the strawberries with the basil leaves and agave syrup to release their juices and flavors. 

Add the lemon juice and mix well. 

Fill glasses with ice and divide the strawberry mixture among them. 

Top with sparkling water and stir gently. 

Garnish with strawberry slices and basil leaves.

Lavender Lemonade 

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup dried lavender flowers 

2 cups boiling water 

3/4 cup sugar or honey 

Juice of 6 lemons 

4 cups cold water 

Ice cubes 

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish 

Instructions: 

Steep lavender flowers in boiling water for about 10 minutes. 

Strain the mixture, removing the lavender and dissolving sugar or honey in it while still warm. 

In a large pitcher, combine the lavender infusion with lemon juice and cold water. 

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 

Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and sprigs of lavender.

Strain the mixture through a sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. 

Add orange juice and sweeten with honey or syrup to your liking. 

Pour the peach mixture into ice-filled glasses, about halfway. 

Top with sparkling water and stir gently. 

Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of mint.
